At Dugger & Associates, our goal is to understand our clients' business in order to assist with the identification of operational and logistical risks in contracts and to counsel on the various contractual legal obligations.


Our firm has the ability to draft and negotiate all types of commercial contracts such as master purchase and service agreements, manufacturing agreements and other business contracts affecting the day to day business of the client and its customers or partners.  Additionally, Dugger and Associates can prepare and file security agreements, financing statements and other liens and security interests with the appropriate government agencies, including maritime liens.
