Gary founded Dugger & Associates in 1986. Gary has extensive legal experience, including:

Serving as General Counsel of Creole International Inc. and as Group General Counsel of Dresser Industries.

Assisting a major international oil company in bringing business to the United States and created U.S. subsidiaries for the company.

Representing numerous companies and corporations as outside counsel including entities involved in Oil & Gas (downstream and upstream), underwater construction, geophysical exploration, and petrochemical production.

About Gary
Gary lives in Houston with his wife Edna. He has three children and six grandchildren. Gary is a native of Oklahoma, but has lived and practiced law in Texas for over 40 years. Mr. Dugger is a former Judge Advocate in the United States Navy.
